This month we look at the collapse of Carillion, Volvo re-entering the rigid hauler market and plans by the Chilean government to create a state-owned company to manage capital for infrastructure projects.

In other news, the Chinese government has lodged a complaint after an Australia Minister criticised their construction policy regarding certain Pacific countries and report on plans to build the world’s tallest modular development.
