Vinci subsidiary takes full control of Bitumix CVV

Bitumix SA, a Chilean subsidiary of Eurovia (which in turn is a subsidiary of Vinci), announced that it has increased its stake in Bitumix CVV, from 50% to 100%.

Bitumix CVV, previously jointly controlled with the Chilean group Claro Vicuña Valenzuela, specialises in road works in the central regions of BioBio and Araucanía.

The company operates in the cities of Concepción (the second largest urban area of Chile), Chillán, Los Angeles and Temuco.

In 2015, Bitumix CVV recorded revenues of around € 16 million (US$ 17.8 million), and produced around 181 tonnes of asphalt mix.
