New Zealand: Multiplex has been awarded a NZ$ 108 million (US$ 73 million) contract to build the final retail stages of the Sylvia Park Shopping Centre in New Zealand. The 107000 m2 centre, on a 24 ha site, will be the largest retail and entertainment venue in the country when it opens in June 2007.
