New president for Perkins

Gwenne Henricks has been appointed president of UK-based diesel engine manufacturer Perkins. She was previously vice president for parent company Caterpillar's Electronics and Connected Worksite Division in North America.
Mrs Henricks replaces Hans Haefeli who is moving to North America to lead Caterpillar's Advanced Systems Division which includes, transmissions, hydraulics, lower power train and OEM solutions and has facilities in the US, Europe and Asia.
Mrs Henricks has held a variety of positions within Caterpillar in electronics engineering and product development. She has a Bachelor's degree in Physics and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Bradley University, Peoria, Illinois.
She earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Illinois and completed the Managing Engineering Design and Development programme at Carnegie Bosch Institute.
