Wirtgen subsidiary Kleemann deepened its footprint in the US with the introduction of its new EVO series of track-mounted, mobile impact crushers at the ConExpo show in Las Vegas.

Showcased at the event was the new MR 110 EVO crusher, which despite its comparatively small crusher inlet size of 1120 x 800 mm, can rival much larger plants in terms of output.

Powered, by a 298 kW engine, the machine features a maximum input capacity of 350 tonnes per hour. The company's EVO technology has eliminated all restrictions throughout the entire plant, allowing for a more efficient material flow model.

Kleemann was acquired by Wirtgen in 2006, and has since embarked on a growth strategy targeting international business outside its traditional German market.
