Remanufacturing cones

28 July 2009

JW Jones passes 1000 landmark.

2010 represented a milestone for JW Jones of Indiana, US, as the company passed the 1000 mark for the remanufacture and sale of cone crushers.

The company, which was founded in 1967, searches for, acquires, and then remanufactures cone crushers from the ground up. "Each crusher is taken apart, evaluated, remanufactured and then sold to contractors or producers worldwide at up to -50% less cost than a brand new crusher," said John Jones, company founder.

"Any part that is out of specification gets replaced," said Mr Jones, "and we're confident enough of our processes that we offer up to six months warranty."

JW Jones also carries out customisation of cone crushers to fit almost any crushing operation with production requirements up to 1500 tonnes/hour.
